What is YOS:
- Youth Operation Support, Inc (YOS) is a multi-disciplinary interactive program designed to encourage and motivate youth to focus on learning. Our program is designed to assist in decreasing the incidence of teenage delinquency and high school dropouts targeting mostly economically disadvantaged youth ranging in age 11 to 18. Emphasis is placed on tutoring/homework assistance, prevention of teenage pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, drug and alcohol use.

Our mission is to provide positive and meaningful education, social, and emotional assistance to at-risk youth; to discover and promote talented youth and to create interactive activities which will assist in the understanding and acceptance of cultural diversity and life styles. Understanding and getting to know the “self”; learn to focus, receive wisdom through breathing and relaxation, a heart base meditation.
Our Goals:
- Our goal is to promote academic excellence and foster interaction among children with diverse cultural backgrounds in order to increase the desire for youth in South Florida for goal and career accomplishment.
